Taxation of US income

I plan to move to Cebu in the Spring and I'm trying to get organized first.

I expect that all of my income will be sourced from my retirement accounts, SSA and two pensions. Will I be expected to pay income tax in the Philippines as well as in the US? I am well versed in US tax, but not regarding collecting US funds in another country. If any tax pros can weigh in, I would appreciate it.
