What do expats find most challenging?

"Expats in Cameroon often find the local culture to be quite different from what they are used to, which can be challenging. Language barriers can be a challenge, as French is the official language and many locals do not speak English. Additionally, the local customs and traditions can be difficult to understand and navigate. Expats may also find the local infrastructure to be lacking, with unreliable electricity and internet access. Finally, the cost of living in Cameroon can be high, making it difficult to adjust to the local economy," said a person living in Cameroon.
