What do expats find most challenging?
"Expats in Lebanon often find the local culture to be quite different from what they are used to, which can be challenging. The language barrier can be difficult to overcome, as Arabic is the official language and English is not widely spoken. Additionally, the Lebanese culture is quite conservative, and expats may find it difficult to adjust to the more traditional values and customs. Furthermore, the political situation in Lebanon can be unpredictable and unstable, which can be a source of stress for expats," remarked one expat in Lebanon.
