What are the most challenging aspects of retiring in Paraguay?

"One of the most challenging aspects of retiring in Paraguay is the language barrier. Although Spanish is the official language, many people in Paraguay also speak Guarani, which can be difficult for non-native speakers to learn. Additionally, the cost of living in Paraguay is relatively low, but the infrastructure and public services are not as developed as in other countries, which can make it difficult to access certain services. Furthermore, the healthcare system in Paraguay is not as advanced as in other countries, and it can be difficult to find quality medical care. Finally, the political and economic situation in Paraguay can be unstable, which can make it difficult to plan for the future," explained a retiree in Paraguay.
