What are typical rental prices for expats in Arizona?

"The rental prices for nice 1 bedroom apartments in Arizona can vary significantly depending on the location and size of the apartment; however, they usually range from approximately $800 to $1400 per month. The rental prices for nice 2 bedroom apartments in Arizona can range from approximately $1,000 to around $2,200 per month, again depending on the location and size of the apartment," wrote an expat living in Arizona.

What appliances are typically included in a rental?

We asked foreigners in Arizona what appliances are typically included in a rental, and, if there is anything else included or not included that a newcomer would not expect. Replies included:

"In a rental property in Arizona, renters can expect appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, washer, and dryer to be included. Additionally, depending on the specific property, access to central air conditioning and heating will usually be included as well," said one expat living in Arizona.
