"A typical rental home in Indiana would include appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Depending on the property, additional kitchen appliances such as a garbage disposal, toaster, and blender may also be included," said one expat living in Indiana.
