"Rental properties in Minnesota often come with a range and refrigerator, along with a washer and dryer. Heating and air conditioning are also regularly found in rental homes, as well as dishwashers and garbage disposals in some cases. Depending on the property, certain homes may also include other amenities such as a garage, security system or balconies," said one expat.
