We asked foreigners in Montana what appliances are typically included in a rental, and, if there is anything else included or not included that a newcomer would not expect. Replies included:

"When renting a home in Montana, typical appliances included in a rental property are a refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and a microwave. Additionally, some properties may include extra appliances such as a garbage disposal, built-in wine or beer coolers, or a garbage compactor," wrote one expat.
