What are typical rental prices for expats in Utah?

"The rental price for a nice 1 bedroom apartment in Utah can vary depending on the location and amenities, but generally ranges from around $800 to $1,200 per month. The rental price for a nice 2 bedroom apartment in Utah can range from around $1,000 to $1,500 per month, again depending on the location and amenities," said one expat.

What appliances are typically included in a rental?

We asked foreigners in Utah what appliances are typically included in a rental, and, if there is anything else included or not included that a newcomer would not expect. Replies included:

"In Utah, rental properties typically include a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Other appliances such as microwaves, garbage disposals, and air conditioners may also be included depending on the property," remarked one expat in Utah.
