We asked foreigners in Albania what appliances are typically included in a rental, and, if there is anything else included or not included that a newcomer would not expect. Replies included:

"When renting a home in Albania, appliances that may typically be included are a washing machine, a refrigerator, a stove, and an oven. Depending on the property, additional items such as air conditioning and heating systems, dishwashers, and microwaves may also be provided," commented one expat living in Albania.
