Generally, the cost of renting an apartment in Croatia is relatively affordable compared to other European countries. We asked foreigners in Croatia what appliances are typically included in a rental, and, if there is anything else included or not included that a newcomer would not expect. Replies included:

"Rental properties in Croatia typically include a refrigerator, stove, oven, and washing machine. Depending on the property, some may also include a dishwasher, microwave, and other small kitchen appliances. Additionally, some properties may include air conditioning, heating, and other amenities," wrote an expat living in Croatia.
