"The cost of living in Egypt is generally quite affordable. Prices for basic necessities such as food, transportation, and housing are generally lower than in many other countries. However, the cost of living can vary significantly depending on the city and lifestyle. For example, living in Cairo is more expensive than living in smaller cities. Additionally, the cost of living can be higher for those who prefer a more luxurious lifestyle," explained one expat.

Additionally, the cost of entertainment and leisure activities is also much lower in Egypt than in the United States. As a result, living in Egypt can be a great way to save money compared to living in the United States," said one expat in Egypt.

"In Egypt, rental properties typically include a refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine, and air conditioning unit. Other common appliances may include a microwave, dishwasher, and water heater. Furniture may also be included in some rental properties," commented one expat living in Egypt.
