We asked foreigners in Georgia what appliances are typically included in a rental, and, if there is anything else included or not included that a newcomer would not expect. Replies included:

"When renting a home in Georgia, most rental properties come equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwaves and air conditioning. Other commonly included appliances may include a dishwasher, garbage disposal, washing machine and dryer. Depending on the specific property, additional features such as a built-in vacuum system, water softening system and security system may be offered as well," remarked one expat living in Georgia Rep.
