Additionally, it is important to research the local schools, crime rates, and other amenities before making a final decision. It is important to have a qualified real estate attorney review all contracts prior to signing to make sure your rights and interests are adequately protected," explained one person living in Alabama.

"In Alabama, rental properties typically include a variety of kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator and stove, as well as laundry appliances like a washing machine and dryer. Additionally, a water heater and air conditioner usually come as part of the package.
