When we asked expats what advice they would give a foreigner before buying a property in Kansas, they said:

"When buying property in Kansas, it is important to remember that you may not be able to find the exact property that you had in mind, since there are many different parcels of land throughout the state. It is essential to understand the local zoning laws for the area, as well as any state or local regulations that may apply to the land before purchasing a property.
