It is also important to know that Nebraska permits sellers to provide warranty deeds and buyers should verify that they will receive the deed upon closing. Homeowners should also inquire about insurance requirements, rental regulations and other local ordinances to ensure they are complying with all applicable laws," explained one expat in Nebraska.
