"Yes, foreigners are allowed to own property in Pennsylvania. Non-U.S. citizens are able to purchase real estate in the state, as long as they meet the same requirements as U.S. citizens. This includes having the necessary funds to purchase the property, obtaining a valid visa, and having the necessary documents to prove their identity. Additionally, foreign investors may need to obtain a tax identification number from the Internal Revenue Service in order to purchase property in Pennsylvania," remarked one foreigner who made the move to Pennsylvania.

"Rental properties in Pennsylvania typically include a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Some properties may also include a microwave, garbage disposal, and air conditioning unit," said one person in Pennsylvania.
