What do expats find most challenging?

"Expats in Cambridge often find the local culture to be quite different from what they are used to. The pace of life can be slower than in other cities, and the weather can be unpredictable. Additionally, the cost of living in Cambridge is quite high, making it difficult for expats to adjust to the local economy. Furthermore, the local dialect can be difficult to understand, and the customs and traditions can be unfamiliar. Finally, the lack of diversity in the city can be a challenge for expats who are used to living in more diverse environments," explained one expat.
