Groceries and other basic necessities are also relatively inexpensive, with a meal for two at a mid-range restaurant costing around $20. Utilities such as electricity, water, and internet are also relatively affordable, with the average monthly cost for all utilities being around $100," wrote a person living in Quepos.

"Rental properties in Quepos typically include a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. Additionally, some properties may include a washing machine and dryer.
