Many homes are airy and spacious, with large windows allowing plenty of natural light into the space. Many apartments are located near the centre of the city, in close proximity to parks, shops, and restaurants, making them ideal for those who enjoy the energy of city life. Many homes also come equipped with amenities like rooftop terraces, balconies, and private gardens, allowing expats to make the most of the city's natural beauty," said one expat who made the move to Graz, Austria.

"Higher, and the average is about 8 -1200 American Dollars per month WITHOUT the ammenities, and you need to purchase your own kitchen. I am not kidding," said one person in Graz.
