Additionally, foreign buyers should be aware of any applicable zoning laws and regulations that may affect the use of the property," explained one foreigner living in Atlanta, the United States.

We asked foreigners in Atlanta what appliances are typically included in a rental, and, if there is anything else included or not included that a newcomer would not expect. Replies included:

"Rental properties in Atlanta typically include a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Some properties may also include a microwave, garbage disposal, and air conditioning unit," explained one person living in Atlanta, the United States.
