"In a rental property in Lake Atitlan, you can typically expect to find essential appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, and oven. Some properties may also include a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a blender. Additionally, you might find a washing machine for laundry, although a dryer may not be as common due to the local climate. The availability of appliances may vary depending on the specific rental property and the landlord's preferences," said one foreigner living in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.
