Additionally, non-EU citizens must obtain a visa from the Italian Embassy in their home country before they can purchase property in Italy," explained one person living in Puglia, Italy.

"In a rental property in Puglia, tenants can typically expect to find a refrigerator, stove, oven, and washing machine.
