You can also visit local real estate agencies in Amman, where agents can help you find a suitable place based on your preferences and budget. Some reputable agencies include Abdoun Real Estate, Better Homes, and Laith Al-Qasem Real Estate. Renting also allows you to avoid the upfront costs associated with buying a home, such as a down payment and closing costs. Furthermore, renting a home means you won't be responsible for property taxes and maintenance costs, which can be significant in some cases. Ultimately, the decision to buy or rent a home in Amman, Jordan, should be based on your individual circumstances and preferences. It's essential to carefully consider your financial situation, long-term plans, and the local real estate market before making a decision," explained one person living in Amman, Jordan.
