You can ask for recommendations from other expats, your general practitioner, or your insurance company. Attend prenatal classes. These classes can help you prepare for childbirth and parenthood. They can also be a great way to meet other expectant parents. Consider hiring a doula. A doula can provide emotional and physical support during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.
