What advice do you have for expats having a baby in Chiang Mai?

Answer this Question

We asked expat moms who gave birth in Chiang Mai about their experiences and advice they have for other moms to be. They said...

"It is important to research the medical facilities available in Chiang Mai before having a baby. Make sure to find a hospital or clinic that is well-equipped and staffed with experienced medical professionals. Additionally, it is important to familiarize yourself with the local laws and regulations regarding childbirth and parenting. It is also a good idea to connect with other expat parents in the area to get advice and support. Finally, make sure to take time to relax and enjoy the experience of having a baby in a new and exciting place," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Chiang Mai, Thailand.
