Thirdly, consider hiring a doula or midwife who can provide additional support and guidance throughout your pregnancy and during childbirth. They can also help you navigate the healthcare system and communicate with medical staff, especially if there's a language barrier. Fourthly, it's important to understand the maternity leave policies in Cyprus. If you're working, you may be entitled to maternity leave. However, the specifics can vary depending on your employment contract and the local labor laws.
