Take the time to learn about the cultural norms and expectations surrounding childbirth and parenting in India. 5. Make sure to plan ahead and have all the necessary supplies and documents ready before the baby arrives. 6. Consider hiring a doula or midwife to provide additional support during the birth and postpartum period. 7.
