Thirdly, start looking for a good obstetrician as soon as you find out you're pregnant. Some popular doctors can be booked up months in advance. Fourthly, consider hiring a doula or midwife for additional support during pregnancy and childbirth. They can provide emotional support, help with pain management, and assist with breastfeeding after the baby is born. Fifthly, take advantage of the many prenatal classes available in Hong Kong. These classes can help you prepare for childbirth and parenthood, and they're also a great way to meet other expectant parents. Sixthly, if you're planning to return to work after the baby is born, start researching childcare options early. There are many high-quality nurseries and daycare centers in Hong Kong, but they can have long waiting lists. Lastly, remember to take care of your mental health. Having a baby in a foreign country can be stressful, so don't hesitate to seek help if you're feeling overwhelmed.
