Consider hiring a doula or midwife to provide additional support during the pregnancy and delivery. 3. Familiarize yourself with the local healthcare system and the available resources for new parents. 4. Join a local expat group or online forum to connect with other expats who have had babies in Cebu. 5. Take advantage of the many cultural activities and attractions in the area to make your transition to parenthood easier. 6. Make sure to get all the necessary vaccinations for your baby and yourself. 7. Consider enrolling your baby in a local daycare or preschool to help them adjust to their new environment. 8. Take time to explore the city and get to know the local culture and customs. 9. Make sure to take care of yourself during the pregnancy and postpartum period. 10.
