Choose a hospital or clinic that you are comfortable with. Visit several hospitals, meet the doctors, and check the facilities before making a decision. Understand the cultural norms and practices around childbirth in Saudi Arabia. While the country is modernizing, there are still traditional practices and beliefs that may be different from your own. Find a support network. This could be other expat mothers, local friends, or family. They can provide advice, share experiences, and offer emotional support. Learn about the legal procedures for having a baby in Saudi Arabia. This includes registering the birth, obtaining a birth certificate, and any citizenship or residency requirements for your child. Consider hiring a doula or midwife who can provide additional support and guidance throughout your pregnancy and during childbirth. Lastly, take care of your mental health.
