However, utility costs can be higher in Rimini than in the U.S. due to the cost of electricity and heating. Healthcare in Italy is also generally less expensive than in the U.S. Overall, whether or not you save money will depend on your lifestyle and spending habits," commented one expat who made the move to Rimini, Italy.
