Eating out in restaurants can be expensive, but there are plenty of affordable options available. Renting an apartment in the city center can be quite costly, but there are more affordable options in the suburbs. Public transportation is reliable and relatively inexpensive," remarked another expat who made the move to San Sebastian, Spain.
