Healthcare in Kampong Speu is also affordable, although the quality of care may not be as high as in more developed countries. Education costs can vary, with public schools being free of charge, while private and international schools charge tuition fees. Utilities such as electricity, water, and internet are also reasonably priced. However, it's worth noting that the cost of living can vary depending on one's lifestyle and preferences.
