Public transportation in Rovinj is not very costly, but owning and maintaining a car can be quite expensive due to high fuel costs. Health care in Rovinj is generally affordable, especially if you are covered by the national health insurance. Entertainment and sports activities are also reasonably priced in Rovinj.
