Healthcare in Saint Lucia is generally affordable, but it's recommended to have health insurance as private healthcare can be costly. Utilities such as electricity, heating, cooling, and water are not included in the rent and can add a significant amount to monthly expenses, especially if you use air conditioning frequently. Internet and mobile phone services are widely available and reasonably priced.
