Answer this Question

We asked people how much they someone comfortably live on in Enoshima, they wrote...

"The cost of living in Enoshima, is relatively high compared to other parts of Japan, but it is still affordable for many. Rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the city center can be quite expensive, while outside the city center, it is slightly cheaper. The cost of utilities such as electricity, heating, cooling, and water is also a significant part of monthly expenses. Groceries in Enoshima can be pricey, especially for imported goods. Eating out in restaurants varies greatly, with inexpensive meals available but also plenty of high-end dining options. Public transportation is efficient and widely used, but the cost can add up, especially for daily commuters. Healthcare in Japan is of high quality, but it can be costly, especially for non-residents. Education, particularly international schooling, can also be a significant expense for those with children. Despite these costs, many people find the quality of life in Enoshima to be worth the expense, with its beautiful beaches, rich culture, and close proximity to Tokyo," said a member in Enoshima, Japan.
