"Healthcare services in Xi'an consist of a combination of public and private health care facilities. Public health care facilities typically provide more affordable treatment than private health care services, and are open to everyone regardless of income level. Private health care services in Xi'an offer a higher standard of care with accommodation for medical tourists. Many hospitals in Xi'an provide a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare, and have a wide range of medical specialties and advanced treatment options available. In recent years, the government has invested in providing better health care services in Xi'an, expanding access to medical treatments and improving the quality of medical care across the city," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Xi'an, China, China.

"Yes and not as expensive as US. Must go to major hospital for clean facilities and care. One hospital we visited an old family friend in was comparable to what i would expect to find in a poor part of Tijuana, Mexico. I had 3 crowns and a root canal done on my teeth for $1,200 total and that was a month ago and everything is fine," commented one expat who made the move to Xi'an, China.
