What are healthcare services like in Bolans?

Answer this Question

We asked retirees if they have access to good medical care in Bolans. They wrote...

"Healthcare services in Bolans, Antigua and Barbuda are generally accessible and affordable. The community is served by the Adelin Medical Centre, which provides a range of services including general consultations, minor surgeries, and emergency care. The healthcare staff is known to be professional and dedicated, providing quality care to both residents and visitors. The medical centre is well-equipped to handle most common health issues, but for more specialized treatments, patients may need to travel to the capital, St. John's, or even abroad. The government of Antigua and Barbuda also provides public health services such as vaccinations and health education programs. Despite these services, there are still challenges such as a lack of certain medical specialists and advanced medical equipment," remarked another expat in Bolans, Antigua & Barbuda.
