For more specialized care, residents can access the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Bridgetown, which is the island's primary acute care medical facility. There are also several private clinics and pharmacies in and around Oistins. The healthcare professionals in Oistins are generally well-trained and the services are of a high standard. However, it's worth noting that while emergency care is available to everyone, non-residents may be required to pay for certain services," explained one expat living in Oistins, Barbados.
