"Spanish Wells is generally considered a safe and peaceful community. The crime rate is relatively low compared to other parts of the Bahamas. Most of the crimes reported are minor incidents such as petty thefts. Violent crimes are extremely rare in this area. The local police force is active and responsive, contributing to the overall safety of the community. However, like any other place, it is always advisable for residents and visitors to take basic precautions to protect their personal safety and belongings," wrote a member who made the move to Spanish Wells, Bahamas.
