"The Mamanuca Islands in Fiji are generally considered safe for tourists. The crime rate is relatively low, especially compared to urban areas. Most visitors to the islands enjoy a peaceful and trouble-free stay. However, like any tourist destination, it is always advisable to take basic precautions to protect personal belongings. Petty crimes like theft do occur, but violent crime is extremely rare. The local authorities are committed to ensuring the safety and security of both residents and visitors," remarked another expat who made the move to Mamanuca Islands, Fiji.
