Answer this Question

We asked people if there is a lot of crime. They answered...

"Kefalonia, is generally considered a safe destination for both residents and tourists. The crime rate is relatively low compared to other regions. Most reported incidents are minor, such as petty theft or pickpocketing, particularly in crowded tourist areas. Violent crime is rare, and the island maintains a peaceful and secure environment. However, like any other place, it is always advisable for visitors to take standard precautions to protect their belongings and personal safety," wrote a member who made the move to Kefalonia, Greece.
