Answer this Question

We asked people if there is a lot of crime. They answered...

"Zakynthos, is generally considered a safe destination for tourists. Like any other place, it has its share of petty crime such as pickpocketing or minor theft, especially in crowded areas. However, violent crime is relatively rare, and most visitors have a trouble-free stay. The local authorities are quite efficient and responsive to any reported incidents. It's always advisable for tourists to take standard precautions to protect their belongings. Overall, the crime rate in Zakynthos is not high compared to other tourist destinations," remarked another expat who made the move to Zakynthos, Greece.
