Is there a lot of crime in Sanremo?

Answer this Question

We asked people if there is a lot of crime. They answered...

"Sanremo, generally enjoys a relatively low crime rate, especially when compared to larger cities. Like any other place, it does experience some crime, but it is predominantly minor offenses such as petty theft or minor property crimes. Violent crime is quite rare, making it a safe place for both residents and tourists. The local police force is efficient and maintains a strong presence, contributing to the overall safety of the city. However, as with any travel destination, it is always recommended for visitors to take standard precautions to protect their personal belongings," explained one expat living in Sanremo, Italy.
