Petty crimes like pickpocketing or minor theft can occur, although they are not common. Violent crimes are rare in Al Ula. The city is also known for its friendly and welcoming locals, which contributes to the overall sense of safety and security," wrote a member who made the move to Al Ula, Saudi Arabia.
