"Haifa is an attractive destination for expats and digital nomads due to its vibrant culture, stunning scenery, and excellent quality of life. Expats and digital nomads in Haifa can enjoy a wide range of activities, from exploring the city's many historical sites to taking part in the city's vibrant nightlife. The city is also home to a large international community, making it easy for expats and digital nomads to make friends and find support. Additionally, Haifa is a great place to work remotely, with plenty of coworking spaces, cafes, and other places to work. The cost of living in Haifa is also relatively low, making it an attractive option for those looking to live and work in the city," remarked another expat who made the move to Haifa, Israel.
"Haifa is a family city. The beach, the forests and nature trails are big attractions. It takes less than an hour to get to Tel Aviv which is the main commercial center. There is a huge hi-tech center in Haifa which employs many expats and it is close to another major hi-tech center - Yokneam. THe city of Haifa is focussing on the younger generation, students etc., and are working hard to improve facilities and housing options for them," explained one expat living in Haifa, Israel.
