Is there a lot of diversity? Are people in Rayong accepting of differences?

Answer this Question

When we asked people about diversity in Rayong and whether locals are accepting of differences, they said...

"Rayong, like many parts of the country, is predominantly Thai, but it does have a certain level of diversity. This is largely due to its status as a popular tourist destination and an industrial hub, which attracts people from different parts of the world. The city is home to a mix of locals, expatriates, and tourists, contributing to its multicultural atmosphere. Thai people, including those in Rayong, are generally known for their hospitality and acceptance of others. They are typically respectful of differences and are open to learning about other cultures. However, as with any place, individual attitudes can vary. Overall, Rayong, like much of Thailand, is a place where diversity is generally accepted and respected," said another expat in Rayong, Thailand.
