"Yes, there is a great deal of diversity in Todos Santos. Since the population is mainly made up of people of Spanish and Indigenous descent, there are also people of diverse backgrounds living in the area, such as North Americans, Europeans and Afro-Mexicans. This diversity is widely accepted within the local community and outside visitors are treated warmly by the locals. Todos Santos also celebrates its cultural diversity with various festivals and events throughout the year," remarked another expat in Todos Santos, Mexico.
