"When moving to Nassau, it is important to pack items that will help you adjust to the tropical climate. Pack lightweight, breathable clothing such as shorts, t-shirts, and sundresses. Bring a hat and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun. Bring comfortable shoes for walking around the city. Pack a swimsuit and beach towel for days spent at the beach. Don't forget to bring sunscreen and insect repellent to protect yourself from the sun and bugs. Bring a few items of warm clothing for the occasional cool evening. Finally, make sure to bring any necessary documents such as your passport and visa," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Nassau, Bahamas.
